Course Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Global Capital of World Peace* (GCWP) also known as the Purusha Capital, is seeking a Course Operations Manager for its campus in Romney, West Virginia, home of the Maharishi Purusha Program* (MPP).

This position encompases several areas — application processing, outreach and marketing, logistics coordination, and costumer relations — ensuring that every course runs efficiently and harmoniously.

Capital Manager

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage course applications and maintain communication with applicants throughout the process.

  • Organise and hold Advance Technique orientation meetings

  • Provide customer service support to course participants, answering questions and assisting with logistics.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on course announcements and promotions.

  • Maintain and update the course calendar, including themes, dates, and schedules.

  • Coordinate financial processes related to participant payments and refunds.

  • Transportation and travel coordination for participants and staff

  • Liaise with the Campus Manager to ensure smooth arrangements for:

    • Housing and room assignments

    • Meal planning with the kitchen team

  • Ensure timely and accurate internal communication between all departments involved in course delivery.

Qualifications

  • TM practitioner, ideally a TM Teacher.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience with event or course coordination preferred.

  • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft 365 Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) 

  • Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, payment or scheduling platforms).

  • Courteous, reliable, and attentive to detail.

  • Marketing experience is a plus

Time commitment

Flexible schedule, amount of hours per week negotiable.

Hours may increase as course offerings expand.

Compensation - remote

Paid hourly (negotiable).

Compensation - on-site

  • Monthly salary (negotiable)

  • Up to two weeks annually participating in Purusha Capital courses and retreats

  • Free Advanced Technique Instruction at the facility
