Capital Manager
Job Overview
The Global Capital of World Peace* (GCWP) also known as the Purusha Capital, is seeking an in-residence Capital Manager for its campus in Romney, West Virginia, home of the Maharishi Purusha Program* (MPP).
This position plays a key role in maintaining the smooth functioning and high standards of comfort and coherence at the Capital by managing housing, kitchen and finances, for residents and course participants.
On-site position provides on-campus housing. Spouses are welcome, and there may be additional staff opportunities available for them.
Reports To
Director, Global Capital of World Peace
Responsibilities & Duties
Manage housing and room assignments for residents and course participants.
Oversee meal planning and coordination with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality organic vegetarian meals.
Handle financial management related to campus operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
Collaborate with the Course Operations and Administrative teams to support the scheduling and logistics of on-campus programs.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in operations management, hospitality, or facility administration.
Basic proficiency with Office 365, Google Docs and Sheets
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Practical, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of service.
Compensation
Monthly salary (negotiable)
Up to two weeks annually participating in Purusha Capital courses and retreats
