Capital Manager
Job Overview
The Global Capital of World Peace* (GCWP), home of the Maharishi Purusha Program* (MPP), is seeking a Capital Manager to oversee the essential daily operations of the Purusha Capital campus in West Virginia.
This position plays a key role in maintaining the smooth functioning and high standards of comfort and coherence at the Capital by managing housing, kitchen, finances, and travel office for residents and course participants.
Both the GCWP and the MPP are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations dedicated to creating coherence and peace through the practice of Transcendental Meditation* and the TM-Sidhi* program.

Reports To
Director, Global Capital of World Peace℠
Responsibilities & Duties
Manage housing and room assignments for Purusha residents and course participants.
Oversee meal planning and coordination with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality organic vegetarian meals.
Supervise the Travel Office, ensuring smooth travel arrangements and timely communication with participants and guests.
Handle financial management related to campus operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
Collaborate with the Course Operations and Administrative teams to support the scheduling and logistics of on-campus programs.
Qualifications
TM Meditator, Sidha, or TM Teacher.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in operations management, hospitality, or facility administration.
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and financial tracking tools.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Practical, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of service.

Monthly salary (negotiable)
