MPP reserves the right to request a doctor’s certificate or additional information if there are reasonable concerns about your health or ability to participate safely.

2. Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

While MPP strives to ensure a safe and supportive environment, by participating you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • MPP, its affiliates, instructors, staff, volunteers, and representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to person or property incurred during or as a result of your participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • You release and discharge MPP from any and all claims arising from or related to your participation.

3. Insurance

In such cases, MPP will attempt to offer alternative arrangements where possible, but does not guarantee any refunds or compensation for any resulting losses.

5. Refund policy

  • Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between seven days and the day of arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • From the day of arrival onwards, no refunds will be issued.

6. Consent to Communication

By registering, you consent to:

  • You consent to the use of such materials for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, without compensation and without the need for further approval.

  • You may request not to be photographed or recorded during the course, and MPP will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, presentations, documents, videos, and teachings shared during the program remain the intellectual property of MPP or its licensors.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, record, or share any course content without prior written permission from MPP.
