Himalayas
For the busy people of the world to go some time there and refresh their soul, refresh their intellect, refresh their mind so that their speech and behavior will be the guiding light for human existence. It’s very beautiful. ‘Himalayas’ means ‘heaven’. —Maharishi
Join us for this rare opportunity to refresh our souls in the Himalayas and dive deep into Theme One** of the Advanced Vision of Maharishi’s Apaurusheya Bhashya course, described as one of the most profound and evolutionary courses one can possibly attend. Maharishi’s Commentary on Ṛk Veda, Apaurusheya Bhāshya, brings to light the mechanics of evolution of Natural Law. It explains how the WHOLENESS of Natural Law—the unmanifest, eternal ocean of self-referral consciousness—gives rise to the sequential, orderly unfoldment of specific Laws of Nature in the Veda and the entire manifest universe.
On the basis of knowledge combined with deeper experiences we gain mastery over Natural Law which, in turn, helps us to succeed and then excel in any endeavour we decide to undertake. —John Konhaus

Deepen your Experience of the Transcendent with Live Recitations
In addition to this powerful course, you’ll have the rare opportunity to enjoy live recitations of the Vedas performed by our Maharishi Vedic Pandits. Plus, you’ll benefit from the coherence created by 140 Pandits practicing their TM and TM-Sidhi program together, along with their daily performance of Rudrabhishek yagyas for world peace.
Transcend in the Himalayas
Located near Kathmandu, the Maharishi Vedic Institute campus at Champadevi, is nestled in the Himalayan foothills and surrounded by exquisite scenery and silence.
Stunning Himalayan views surround the campus.
Built according to the principles of Maharishi Vastu architecture, the campus contains thirty-seven guest rooms and residential accommodation for up to 400 Maharishi Vedic Pandits. Additionally, half of the produce comes from our own Vedic Organic fields – and the food is delicious!
Impressive natural surroundings provide ample hiking opportunities, including the one-hour hike to Champadevi peak, which stands directly behind the campus. At this particular time of year, the days are mostly sunny with temperatures ranging from 25-28°C / 77-82°F during the day, and 8-11°C / 46-52°F during the night.
Something that is real to life is housed in the Himalayan heights: peace eternal. And peace eternal is the basis of all possible dynamism in human awareness. —Maharishi
Optional: enjoy even more powerful transformation
with the Maharishi Purusha Program
After the course ends, you are welcome to continue on a Taste of Purusha course for up to two months and/or the Maharishi Purusha program for two months or longer. But there’s no rush; you can decide to extend during the course itself.
This is the perfect environment to experience both the deep inner silence of meditation and the dynamic expression of creativity and intelligence. Here, the finest joy you experience in meditation quickly turns into a living reality, and success comes more easily. —K.D.

Soak in the sattva
and bask in Himalayan history
Kathmandu is that historic place where, in 1974, Maharishi taught 25,000 people the Transcendental Meditation technique, and we’ll have the fortunate privilege to soak in, and expand on, that sattva he initiated.
